Ali Nikrang (AT/IR) is a multidisciplinary artist and researcher at Ars Electronica Futurelab and professor for AI and music at the University of Music and Theatre in Munich. With a background in computer science and composition, he explores the creative potential of AI in music. Developed as part of his research, the AI-based composition system Ricercar has been featured in performances with the Munich Philharmonic and Bavarian Radio Orchestra as well as venues such as Biennale Musica in Venice.
Susanne Kiesenhofer (AT) is an interdisciplinary creative at the Ars Electronica Futurelab, focusing on experience design across physical and digital spaces. With a background in media technology and arts & science, her work explores the interplay of artistic, technological, and social dimensions. At the Futurelab, she develops concepts, designs experiences, and builds interactive systems, contributing to artistic research.
