Yuyang (CN) is a digital artist, art therapist, and researcher. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the China Academy of Art and a research-oriented master’s degree in computational media and arts from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Guangzhou (HKUSTGZ), pursuing a doctoral degree in the field of cognitive science.
His research focuses on affective computing, art psychology and design, as well as children’s and social aesthetic education. His works have been exhibited at prestigious international events, including ISEA (2025, Seoul), SIGGRAPH (2025, Vancouver, upcoming), IJCAI (2025, Montreal, upcoming), VINCI (Hsinchu, 2024), CHCHI (Bali, 2023), and Cumulus (Beijing, 2023).
